Beyond Words

During her 20+ years as a professional cooking instructor, she has taught a wide variety of topics at professional cooking schools, for special organizations like the American Heart Association, and at public schools. These include Heart Healthy Cuisine, Chocolate, Northern Italian, Jewish/Kosher, Mexican/South West, Asian/ Chinese, French, Hors d''oeuvres, Brunch, Holiday and children's cooking classes.
