World-renown psychic Lai Ubberud comes from a long line of European psychics. She has communicated with animals all her life. Lai’s grandmother trained her and encouraged her gifts; Lai learned the skills of intuition, discerning energies, telepathy, and home remedies. Her grandmother always reminded her to use her gifts for the good of humanity and to harm no one. Recently, she has taken these gifts and applied them to the celebrity arena.

Lai has sojourned to many holy and spiritual sites, including the pyramids in Egypt, the cave where Jesus hid with the Virgin Mary and Joseph, Fatima in Portugal, Dame du Bourguillon in Switzerland, Sai Baba in India, Maria Maggiori in Yugoslavia, the "Giant Buddha" in Japan, the American Stonehenge in Salem,  NH, and many others. She also collaborates with top European and American psychics and spiritual figures. Lai’s travels allow her to exchange ideas, prayers, and energies where they are needed most. The sacred places she visits give her boosts of good energy to help her continue her wonderful work.
 
As Lai travels the world doing healing expos, she helps hundreds of people find solutions to challenges and encourages them to lead more productive, healthy, and fulfilling lives. She hopes to assist more people in following a more spiritual path and experiencing the healing effects of alternative medicine by doing continuing to do readings, lectures, radio, TV shows and above all, to show by example.

Lai has produced radio newsletters for Texas stations and has also written articles for various publications in the United States and abroad. She was named Best Psychic of 2005 from The Houston Press.

Many animal companions have graced Lai’s life, from Estrela Mountain dogs to a turtle and donkey. Wherever she travels, she speaks with animals around her, in zoos and in the wild. Lai has been married for almost 33 years and has three children. She lives in Houston, Texas and is a breast cancer survivor.
