Dr. Richard Bartlett, the founder of Matrix Energetics, attended Parker Chiropractic College and graduated in 1987. When his second child was chronically ill, Bartlett subsequently decided to attend Naturopathic school to find a cure. After practicing over 30 technique systems, Dr. Bartlett learned TBM as taught by Dr. Victor Frank. Bartlett’s son responded to the technique and was healed.

In the early 1990's, Dr. Bartlett developed a revolutionary new technique called Master Energy Dynamics, taught only to physicians, which used functional principles of biochemistry, physiology, and anatomy to affect real time changes in people's stress responses. In 1997, Bartlett experienced a life-changing event, which redirected the entire course of his personal and professional existence.

Suddenly the act of lightly touching someone with focused intent created dramatic, often startling changes. Conditions and pain patterns would instantly disappear. As time went on this phenomenon grew stronger, sometimes each week revealing new and marvelous outcomes.
