Eileen R. Hannegan, M.S., has escorted numerous individuals through life and career transition in the discovery of true self. She has sixteen years of experience counseling and lecturing on dysfunctional family systems and organizational development. She began her career as a certified alcohol/drug counselor and was one of the first counselors in the United States to work with Adult Children of Alcoholics in the late '70s. She has taken the family framework and adapted it to create the Career Recovery and Healthy Organization models.

Her organizational-health philosophy has been featured in numerous magazines and newspapers. Hannegan holds a double master's degree in human resources and organizational development and a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior from the University of San Francisco. She is the president of Hannegan Consulting Circle, Inc., a consulting and training firm in Portland, Oregon.
