Mary Hayes Grieco

Mary Hayes Grieco is a respected spiritual teacher based in Minneapolis, MN. An original and expansive thinker, a pragmatic emotional healer, and an uplifting public speaker, Mary has inspired thousands of people since she first began teaching spirituality classes in 1982. Mary created and hosted her own local radio show, The Blue Couch, featuring interviews with local and national leaders in spiritual thought and holistic health.

Mary is the director of The Midwest Institute for Forgiveness Training, where she teaches her eight-step method of forgiveness. She has trained therapists in Ireland and Germany, worked on the faculty of Hazelden Renewal Center, taught courses in spirituality at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, and been a featured speaker at the Nobel Peace Prize Forum of 2005.
