Add ¼ tsp reishi, ¼ tsp pine pollen, and 1 tsp coconut oil or grass-fed ghee to 8oz of your favorite brewed tea (we suggest Earl Grey).
Make 8 oz of your favorite chai tea, prepared and sweetened to your preference. Mix in ¼ tsp reishi, ¼ tsp cordyceps, ¼ tsp ashwagandha, and ¼ tsp turmeric.
Melt 2 squares (about the size of a domino) of your favorite dark chocolate in 8 oz hot, not boiling, water. Mix in 1 TB prash, 1 TB anandamide, 1/2 tsp He Shou Wu, 1/2 tsp reishi, 1/2 tsp chaga, and 1/2 tsp pine pollen. Finish with a splash of cold brew espresso. Enjoy!
