This is a Gabriel Method version of the traditional Indian drink, and every bit as delicious. Perfect with a hot curry or simply as a refreshing drink.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 frozen mango, cubed
3/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
Ground flax seeds

Method:
Place mango, yogurt, and chia seeds together in a blender. Blend together until all of the mango is blended through. Pour into glass, sprinkle with flax seeds, and serve.
