Tony has worked with CEOs and executive clients from Disney, IBM, Nokia, The American Red Cross, Save the Children, The World Bank, and The Interamerican Development Bank to help them become more authentic people and more effective leaders. Silard offers free leadership workshops for youth through public schools and youth organizations that serve low-income and disabled youth.

Silard was awarded Visionary of the Year in 2002 and was featured at the Presidential Summit for America’s Future and America’s Promise. Over a hundred media outlets from MSNBC to PBS have covered his life story and uplifting message. His educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, where he earned two of Harvard’s most prestigious awards, the Robert F. Kennedy Public Service Award and the Manuel Carballo Memorial Award, for his groundbreaking work in leadership studies.
