September is national Yoga Month, and besides all the activity we've been having in the office, we've been thinking about our health. When we have time, we have our morning yoga breaks in our conference room, led by our own in-house yoga master, Rachel Hayward. Sometimes she creates her own routines, and other times she uses some of the great DVDs we carry. When we want to really get our blood flowing she pops in Nicki Doane. When we just want to stretch and release tension, she pulls out Hillary Rubin's Yoga Foundations. Either way, we get a great kick-start to our day.
